Fentanyl claimed the lives of over 1,400 people in British Columbia, as it doesn't just impact addicts, but is making its way into mainstream party drugs. And in 2018, 81% of overdose deaths involved fentanyl. 

 

The Vancouver Police Department’s goal was to raise awareness about the risks associated with illicit drug use among young adults and youth. They needed to remind them that they're playing Russian Roulette every time they take drugs.
