SMELLS LIKE INEQUALITY

Even though it’s illegal to pay men more than women in Canada, women still make only 75 cents for every dollar men make. When Gwyneth Paltrow created her This Smells Like My Vagina candle and sold it for $75, we saw a perfect opportunity to highlight the pay gap. We created a functionally identical This Smells Like My Penis candle and sold it for $100, with all proceeds from the sold-out candles going to the Canadian Women’s Foundation and their fight for equal pay.
